Responsibilities Include

Jal new Mexico 60 mile radius

Water Treatment Technician will have Knowledge and Ability to Perform the Following:

= Accurately documenting and record keeping of water sampling, testing and readings.

= Ensure all safety standards are met by observing safe working practices and safety rules and regulations.

= Calibrates laboratory equipment and adjusts chemical feeders for optimal water treatment.

= Maintains records, including operations logs, daily diaries, and chemical inventories; compiles reports as required by departmental policies.

= Reads, calculates, and records water usage

= Operates SCADA system to monitor and control well field production.

= Maintains pressure and flow levels in distribution water to frac.

Qualifications:

= A minimum of 3-years in a water treatment role and Knowledge of water treatment processes.

= Knowledge of the handling and application of the chemicals, necessary to maintain a safe water supply and personal safety.

= Ability to read gauges, collect samples for analysis and writing ability to record results

= Knowledge of water treatment plant operations and equipment, pumps and motors and related maintenance techniques.

= Operate and perform activities in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures (Federal, State, and Local policies and procedures).

= Must be willing to undergo background check and driving record check.

= Must be willing and able to pass DOT drug screening / physical.

= Must Live with in a 60 mile radius of Jal, NM
